After explsion bonding, the clad steel plates would be test and inspection according to the related specifications and customers requirements.
1, Mechanical properties test of the clad steel plates: such as Yield strenth, Tensile strength, Elongation,V-Notch Impact test, Shear Strength test,Bend test, Intergranular Corrosion test
2, Ultrasonic flaw detection test of the clad steel plates: each clad steel plates will be tested according to the related standards.
3, Penetrant Test.
4, Dimension measurement for clad steel plates: The thickness, wideth and length for each clad steel plates.
